We take reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all details are complete or error-free. You should verify all vehicle details directly with us before entering into any agreement.

3. Vehicle Purchases

A sale is only complete when both parties have signed a written purchase agreement and the agreed deposit or full payment has been received. Until that point, vehicles remain available for sale to other buyers.

All vehicles are sold in their condition at the time of purchase. We recommend that buyers carry out an independent inspection before committing to purchase.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable under Bulgarian law. Finance arrangements, trade-in valuations and additional fees will be itemised in the purchase agreement.

5. Finance & Part Exchange

Finance options are provided by third-party lenders. Acceptance is subject to their approval criteria. We act as a credit broker, not a lender. Part-exchange valuations are estimates and are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle.

7. Intellectual Property
